LISTING AGENT

NEXTHOME PRIME

I am a knowledgeable, committed, and results-oriented entrepreneur with a legacy of providing best-in-class real estate services, spanning 18+ years. I have a strong foundation in all aspects of real estate investing in addition to sales management, team leadership and development, and client relationship management in New Jersey, Florida and Puerto Rico. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of serving in multiple key capacities, including (but not limited to) Licensed Real Estate Broker, and most recently, Mortgage Loan Officer for NEXA Mortgage, LLC . And in 2015, I launched the real estate franchise, NextHome Prime en route to $33M+ in annual gross revenues in 2021. As Broker of Record, I work closely with homebuyers and sellers to determine their needs, prepare listings, and optimize the marketing strategy. I also manage foreclosed assets throughout the sales process as a Fannie Mae Listing Broker since 2015; and I conduct weekly property inspections to assess repairs and prepare BPOs, as a liaison for tenants and vendors alike. My achievements include multiple awards, such as the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award (2017-2024) and the NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents Award (2017-2020). In addition, I served as the Vice President of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of NAHREP in 2018 and President in 2019. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and meeting new people to expand my personal network. Thank you for getting to know me better.
